Welcome to DYSA!

This is the home of the Dilworth Little League and the Dilworth Babe Ruth League. Since 1951 the Dilworth Youth Sports Association (DYSA) has been Charlotte, North Carolina's premier recreational youth baseball organization. We offer baseball for players between the ages of 5 and 18. For players in the age group 5 to 12 we offer Little League baseball and for players between the ages of 13 and 18 we offer Babe Ruth League baseball.

Baseball Donation Drive for South Africa

Summer Baseball Camps

HQ4Baseball & Softball is partnering with Dilworth to offer a great summer camp program for baseball and softball players. The camp is available the week of July 6th or July 27th. For more information visit HQ4 Baseball for more information.

Congrats Dilworth - U14 Babe Ruth Queen City Champs

Dilworth is proud of our 13-14 year old Babe Ruth team who are the U14 Babe Ruth Queen City Champions after beating CoulOak 7-5 in the championship on Sunday, June 29 at Sedgefield Middle School. Good luck team in the Babe Ruth All-Star tournament.

Dilworth Little League is proud of the 12s winning the TOC tournament on Saturday over Myers Park and the 10s for finishing runners-up. Good luck to all age groups in the District 3 All-Star tournament.

Announcing Jim Whittington Field Expansion Capital Project

Dilworth Little League has been granted approval to expand Jim Whittington Field to bring it into compatibility with Little League's recommended field size. This will allow us to host post season tournaments and keep Whittington Field as the premier little league ball park in the state of North Carolina. Little League International ASAP ProgramASAP Logo

In 1994 Little League International developed a safety program called "A Safety Awareness Program" or ASAP. In 2010 Little League announced that it is a requirement for each Little League organization to submit their own ASAP program (each year) for approval. The ASAP program's intent is to ensure the safety of all children playing in a league chartered under Little League International. The Dilworth Little League submitted their ASAP program to Little League International and received their ASAP approval for 2011.
