Thank you very much for your sponsorship interest in our Dilworth Little League program. For more than fifty years the Dilworth program, with its rich heritage, has touched the lives of many families and businesses in our community. We have two types of support programs, team sponsorships and our “Friends of Dilworth Little League” support program.
With our team sponsorship program, you or your company, are major sponsors for a team. An exciting benefit of this program is your name and logo on each player’s jersey. Another opportunity for support, open to all that are interested in helping out, is our “Friends of Dilworth Little League” program. This program has proven to be a great opportunity for supporters to help our league in maintaining its operations and has served well as a great means of raising additional scholarship monies. These scholarship monies help us with children who might not otherwise have the financial means to play Little League Baseball. Our “Friends of Dilworth Little League” program also serves as our waiting list for those folks wishing to sponsor a team, as they become available.
Our minimum (more is encouraged) sponsorship and support levels are as follows:
· $800 Major and Senior League Team
· $500 T-Ball, Coach Pitch, Machine Pitch and Minors Team
· $250 “Friends of Dilworth Little League”
Your team sponsorship and “Friends of Dilworth Little League” support includes the following:
· Publication of thanks in our league newsletter
· Recognition at opening day ceremony
· Team and/or Thank You plaques to sponsors & “Friends of Dilworth Little
League” at seasons’ end
· Internet website recognition at www.DYAA.net
Additional benefits of your team sponsorship are:
· Billboards of thanks at both our Whittington and Freedom Park fields
· Links (if available) to sponsors’ own website
· 10-12 players wearing the sponsor’s logo and company name on their team
uniforms
Your sponsorship and support aids in offsetting many basic league costs (such as uniforms and equipment) and provides financial assistance (scholarship aid) to children who would not otherwise be able to participate.
